Purcell Miller Tritton has a very long track record of providing comprehensive condition surveys which are simple to use and read. Surveys range from a quinquennial inspection of a small parish church to cathedrals, country houses and building complexes such as Cambridge colleges. We often devise maintenance strategies and always set out costed and phased repair programmes. For larger surveys, such as the Wallace Collection and Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, the survey has been put onto a database and copies provided on paper and CD. This allows maintenance staff to access information on individual rooms, for example, quite quickly and to record any work undertaken so that the report is gradually updated.
