Purcell Miller Tritton carried out a major venue development master plan study on this regionally important early 20th century building designed for Lord Leverhulme by local architects W&S Owen of Warrington.
This master plan sets out the development, repair and maintenance requirements for the next twenty years and includes proposals for how the gallery may increase visitor numbers to ensure a sustainable and vital future.
