Leading architect and historic building consultant, Purcell Miller Tritton, is holding a Student Open Day on behalf of all its Southern region offices on 1st May 2008 at its London office, located close to Tower Bridge.
The event will take place from 4pm – 8pm and will involve talks by members of staff, including Principal Niall Phillips who will discuss new design work throughout the practice. Other talks will include case studies of staff members who joined Purcell Miller Tritton at an early stage in their career and who have progressed to a senior level, as well as a discussion of the practice’s graduate training programme.
The Open Day will specifically target students completing their Part I or Part II Architectural qualifications this year, but the event will also invite students carrying out Part III qualifications, as well as any members of staff involved with giving careers advice to their students.
The Southern region offices cover Bristol, Cambridge, Canterbury, Colchester, Norwich, Oxford and London, and a range of staff from all of the offices at various levels will be available to discuss their work in an informal environment.
Mark Goldspink, Chief Executive Officer at Purcell Miller Tritton said, “Our Student Open Days provide a really great opportunity for students to learn more about our practice and what we do, and to discuss career progression with our members of staff. With great opportunities available, Purcell Miller Tritton offers the perfect environment for young architects to come and build their career in architecture.”
